Eero.H

Software Developer & IT Support Specialist

Computers have been part of my life since 1999

I received my first computer that year, and ever since I have been learning to solve technical problems, seek out information, and experiment with new things. Studying IT support at Sasky's campus was a natural progression — my strong self-taught background made the studies straightforward, and I graduated with excellent grades. Yet the learning did not stop there.

The desire to develop into a software developer grew over the years

A few years after completing my IT support qualification, I began looking for a way to deepen my expertise on the software development side. In 2025, I found it: I commenced distance learning towards a partial qualification in software development at Sasky's campus. Now, in 2026, I am ready to take the next steps in a field where my passion and skills meet.

I am someone who does not rest until a problem is solved

I enjoy challenges, learning new things, and being able to influence solutions myself. I maintain my own machines, develop personal projects, and continually immerse myself in new technologies. I believe that my attitude and eagerness to learn make me a strong asset to teams that require technical expertise and tenacious problem-solving ability.

Projektit

OstuBot Testing

A quality assurance project in which I tested the functionality, user interface, and accessibility of an AI-based bot. I implemented a structured test plan, carried out negative testing, and verified compatibility across different platforms. The project taught me the importance of thorough testing documentation.

OstuBot API Web Application

A full-stack application in which I deepened my knowledge of the Blazor framework. I retrieved data from two separate REST APIs (OSTUbot and ePerusteet) and combined them into a cohesive, user-friendly whole. The project taught me a great deal about the architecture of a modern web application.
